How Can I Best Resolve A Problem With Travelocity?
I spent an entire day on hold with Travelocity attempting to get a refund for airfare. The trip was cancelled due to the volcanoes in iceland and Travelocity was reimbursed by the airline. In the time I was on hold, I did 4 load of laundry, drove my daughter to dance, and made dinner. By the end of the day, it appeared it was all set and my refund would be deposited in my account but I have yet to see it and it was 2 months ago. I have sent 3 email messages and none have been returned.
