Can I Switch Hotel Reservations From 3/12-3/16 To 4/16-4/20?

Due to a funeral for a family member , I would like to know if there is a possibility of switching dates on an existing hotel reservation. Dates are 3/12 to 3/16 would like to switch to 4/16 to 4/20. Since the airline suggested book 3 weeks in advance for a lower fee change. Thank you so much.

I would suggest calling the hotel directly, to change your stay dates.
