You need to communicate with the booking company. (Trivago keeps no records of the transactions made through the booking sites, and cannot access or in any way alter your booking.) To identify the booking site, you should be able to find its name on your booking confirmation email; or if necessary search on Trivago for the hotel name and dates for which you booked. You could also look in your browser history for the day on which you made the booking, or check your credit card or bank statement for the date of the payment. Good luck!
