Problem With Booking. The Wrong Hotel Came Through.
I already sent this message but got no answer and the Trivago customer service phone number is not longer in service.I was booking a room at Springhill Suites and followed it to the end but ended up with a room at Calypso Cay Resort that says it does not include breakfast and if I cancel there will be a fee. The fee was not given in American money. I am having trouble getting help resolving this. This was my first time using this site and I am very frustrated. Please contact me as I need to cancel this and feel it is unfair that I will be charged.

Trivago does not make reservations and you did not book with Trivago. You booked with one of Trivago's booking partners, whose logos you can find and click at http://company.trivago.com/support. Your beef has to be with the booking site. Trivago keeps no records of these transactions, and cannot access or alter your booking in any way.
To identify the booking site, you should be able to find its name on your booking confirmation email. If you cannot find your confirmation email, you can always search on Trivago for the hotel and dates you booked. You may also be able to find more information by looking in your browser history for the day you made the booking. You can also try checking your credit card or bank statement, as the name of the booking site may appear next to the outgoing payment.
