I Booked A Hotel For 7/20-7/21 Through Trivago & Need A Receipt.....
I do not see an email from trivago for my reservation at the Hotel Elysee on 7/20/14 & checkout 7/21/14. I need this receipt for an insurance claim. the Hotel said it was booked through Expedia & they cannot issue a receipt. I logged onto expedia & they have no record of my transaction.

Thank you for your message. If you do not remember the booking site, please make sure to check your junk email as often confirmations can end up there. Alternatively, you can look at your credit card statement to see if the company’s name is displayed next to the charge.
