New To Triage - Website Issues
I am new to Trivago and I have set up an account and tried to make a reservation all day. However, your website is terrible. I have gotten all the way to the end clicked confirm and NOTHING - no confirmation, no reservation # nothing.I tried a second time to get the same reservation after completing it, there was a message that there were 2 reservations that were the same?????I have been at this ALL day and am very computer savvy and yet, your website does not respond. I sent an email to customer service with NO RESPONSE.

You may be confusing us (an independent help site) with Trivago.
