I typed in Gonzales, Louisiana. A drop down menu showed Gonzales, Louisiana 20 hotels. I chose the Holiday Inn Express because I know there is one within walking distance of my destination. Your listing was and is for the Holiday Inn Express in Gonzales, TEXAS! I booked on a smart phone not even thinking that you would possibly list out of state hotels when I requested Gonzales, Louisiana. I booked through Hotels.com. Imagine my surprise when I attempted to check in and found out that I was in the wrong state! AND of course, nothing could be done or a transfer/refund issued. I accept the fact that I should have carefully examined the details, but being in a rush, I ASSUMED that the information on your website was correct. I have used Trivago in the past, but will never use it again unless someone can tell me some way I can get a refund.
