Getting A Replacement Battery

I have a MTD MTDC57 20-volt Battery Cordless Tiller/Cultivator, 9-Inch that uses an OEM battery 49MLI55L966.The manufacturer no longer sells the battery.I am looking for replacements.Does anyone know where I can get one?

I know that the manufacturer no longer makes the battery. They've discontinued it I'm wondering if there is an alternative to the battery, or if it is possible to "repack" it with new cells I like the tool. I'd hate to replace it just because of the battery

I have checked all the websites for replacement battery. All the websites are saying product is discontinued.
