Updated With Adobeair Lost All My Columns!

I was asked to update my adobe air and so I accepted. Now I don't have any of my columns, except mentions which are from JULY and NONE of my direct messages. Where is all my information? I don't have time to do my columns again by scratch. Why was there no warning? Please advise.
