Us Airways Master Card Application?
On flight 1433 from Charlotte to LAX on 21Feb2012 a US Air Mastercard special was announced. I filled out the application with all my information and handed it to a flight attendant upon leaving the aircraft. I have never heard from US Airways or Mastercard, and am concerned about what happened to all the personal information, and the offer for free airplane miles, etc etc that was announced. What can I do to find out what happened? ASAP? Patricia Digre

You could spend some considerable time on the phone trying to reach US Airways Customer service using Compliments/complaints which might not be a bad idea if you still have or can look up your ticketing information.
Or better yet, you can go to the US Airways Mastercard - Dividend Miles website to Check the Status of your application.
Once you have done that, you can call 1-866-419-0881 for further discussion.
