First of all, check your credit card account to see if the charge went through. If it did, there should be an electronic ticket number in the system. If your credit card was charged, contact US Airways at 1-800-428-4322 and request a reservations agent. Ask the agent to search for your name on the flight and date you believe you booked a reservation. They should be able to retrieve your information by your name and flight information. If they find your reservation, they can email you a copy of your itinerary and your electronic ticket number. Once you have that, you should be able to view your reservation details online.
