Package Not Received
On Dec 15,2011 I bought some books on ebay. They were sent out the next day. They went from Elizabeth Co. to Denver Co. to Dallas Tx.(2 hours away from us) Then they went to Springfield Ma. Then back to Dallas. What is the deal? Is there a problem? I have never had any trouble getting anything in the mail. They were supposed to be delivered by Dec. 26 at the latest. It's the 29th. Help

Unless ebay paid extra for timed service and tracking, anything they might have told you re delivery time is their best estimate only; the Postal Service does not otherwise guarantee delivery time. Your recourse is to phone ebay, at 866-934-9647.
