Uber Does Not Honor It's $500 Incentive From Lyft.
They don't respond to emails, nothing. I have this promise in writing from uber...and still...nothing.

Sorry for your problems. My suggestion is that you send a certified letter to management (keeping a copy, of course). See the contact information here: http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/uber/Corporate%20Office. Then if necessary complain to the district attorney, at 415-551-9595.
