Why Hasn't Uber Taken Care Of This Lady Beaten By Uber Passengers??

Uber needs to step up protection for drivers. Uber requires drivers to uphold the upmost integrity and safety for passengers, but with stories like this one below. Where is the drivers protection, when you state that riders must abide by certain rules as well!!! This is not the case in the news stories lately. As a Uber Driver myself this is very alarming and something needs to do something about this immediately, before drivers ban together to get something done about the policies. All we ask for is protection and Uber working with police to give up bad riders and drivers information. Uber says they protect riders information do to confidentiality, but when you commit an offense that breaks the law while driving Uber's passengers, confidentiality doesn't apply anymore!!! Uber needs to update protection and insurance policies immediately to protect there partners, you know money isn't an issue.
