Charged Double

I was charged double for the same ride I need my refund and I want an explanation for been charged double.

Hi,

If your account is debited twice then don't worry you will have the amount credited to your account in 5 to 7 Business days. But if it is rates which are high at the moment, then it is because of weather conditions. I am assuming you having rainy season as well.
