They Charged Me For A Ride That Never Came And I Was Not Refunded I Would Like M
I requested a Uber and was charged and the Uber never came I want a refund and was not granted a refund I am not happy at all

You don't say what means you used to request the refund. See Uber's solution at https://help.uber.com/riders/article/my-account-has-an-unrecognized-charge?nodeId=fe547761-4384-42d4-8531-4cfb0e0e523e. If as you say you've already rquested the refund without success, I would immediately dispute the charge with your bank.
