Where Can I Get Inform For Trip Delay/cancelation For My Insurance For Aug 2/11

Aug 2, 2011 flight 6918 at CMX was delayed due to bird damage to rear thruster the night before. I transferred to another flight to ORD, arr. 300pm,connecting flight 3372 flight to ROA 3372 leaving 755p was c due to severe thunderstorm. Was re-booked Aug 3 to Wash/Dulles and ROA. I must have this information for my travel insurance. AccessAmerica CT3993075

First, you should be completely capable of logging on to the original airline's website and search your record by cc number, last name, and-or reservation number. If you are unable to do this for any reason then take a short trip to your local airport, approach the ticket counter, and ask to have your travel iten. printed. You may just as easily get this info out of the automated kiosk as well by simply insertng your credit card THAT YOU USED TO PAY FOR THE TICKET. That will pull all of your information up for you to view, change, print, etc. However if you had problems getting this information on the computer at home, then I may skip the kiosk and go straight for the agent.
