Approved Portable Oxygen
I need to get an approved portable oxygen to my sister-in-law in ecquador (Quinto) ASAP can United carry a unit to Quinto and what would be the cost. The O2 is need for potential in flight need.

You need to call United Cargo Services to get help since you're trying to ship oxygen to an international destination. There may be a lot of information you'll need to know.
Not sure what you mean by the need for potential in flight. Are you shipping the oxygen to someone in Equador or will it be used in-flight? Cargo can help with the shipping. Otherwise you should call regular reservations for help with on-board oxygen usage.
