I looked up United Flight 456 for the next 3 days and it currently operates from Mexico City to Houston, TX. If your information differs from that, please clarify the date and where you're departing since airline flight numbers change throughout the year and UA456 may be flying from and to a different city on a future date.

If Mexico City to Houston matches your itinerary, United departs from Terminal 1. This is the information from United's website:
