I Need To Talk The Ua Ticketing Department Re 2 Tkts Reissued Wrong

A reservation agent reissued 2 tickets incorrectly yesterday, leaving out a segment of the itin, when I called to get it reissued properly I was hung up on twice by 2 different call center agent. I would like to talk to a knowledgeable ticketing agent, is that possible?
