United Pulling Out Of Cleveland

my wife and i have united tickets to fly from cleveland hopkins to san francisco on september 9/2014 will our tickets be honored

United Airlines is not pulling out of Cleveland completely. Cleveland used to be one of Continentals' HUB airports before they merged with United. The combined airline primarily uses Newark, Houston, Dulles, Denver, Chicago and San Francisco as HUB airports (which airlines use as transfer points). So United is simply discontinuing using Cleveland as one of the primary transfer airports for their flights since they have plenty of other airports serving the same purpose.

Your flight to San Francisco will still operate on United in September. There could be a schedule change this far in advance, but your tickets will still be valid on United.
