Me And My Daughter Could Not Travel In Mars 29, 2013 Due To My Father Medical Co
My father became very sick and he pass away on June 11 , 2013, me and my daughter could not travel on Mars 29, 2013. We would like the refund and change the reservation for traveling in September. We can supply medical documents. Thank You

You may also apply for a refund on United's website using the following link. It will be helpful to mail United copies of any documentation (medical, obituary, etc) to aid in your request for a refund or the ability to use the ticket value towards future travel on United.
