had reservation on 29th from cleveland to philadelphia,that was cancelled, could not get through on phone, made reservation on line for the same flight on 10/28 # 5031 and paid 1,243.60 on american express last four digits 3005, con. that was a refundable ticket for 2, joseph gringlas, reli gringlas, since i already had a ticket, this should be credited

Keep all your documentation, receipts, itineraries, etc for both sets of tickets so that you it will be easier to get a refund on one of the tickets.

If you still can't get in touch with a live representative over the telephone, follow the instructions for a refund/waiver on their website:
