What Phone Number Can Use To Speak To Someone About An Over Charge

My Grandaughter flew on Military orders, which where shown to the United Airlines agent. The agent said she had to pay $50 for her second bag. When Katlyn protested the charge, the agent was loud and snippy while,insisting she had to pay for the second bag.The military orders which I have a copy of clearly stated Katlyn was entitled to two bags. To deflate the situation and thinking the agent must be right, I gave the agent my debit card to pay the $50 for the second bag. The agent (#U098257)charged my account $5000. It has been impossible to get a United person on the phone. The website is useless in this matter. In the mean time the charge of $5000 has wiped out my checking account and most of my savings. Needless to say I am upset. I have tried to speak with every phone number on the United Airlines web site. They all tell me to fill out the refund form and wait 7 days. Tell me, would having $5000 missing out of your account for 7 or more days have an impact on your family? In short, I should not have had to pay for the second bag. I have proof. Then to have the situation compounded by yet another agent error of charging me $5000 for the second bag. I don't know what to do at this point. I don't know if anyone at United even knows i have a problem, much less cares.
