How Do I Receive Reimbursement From United Airlines For An Ambulance Call?

On Friday Oct. 9th, we left Sacremento airport 6 1/2 hours after our regular departure time. Upon coming into O'Hare airport, I needed to have 911 called because I couldn't breathe. I feel that if we had left on time, I would have been home and been able to be on oxygen. Also, my back had given out on me for sitting so long. Is there anything United Airlines can do to help me with the 911 bill?
