I Have A Legitimate Complaint, And It Seems Their Is No One I Can Talk To. Why?

I went through a similar nightmare earlier this year with United. If you call their toll free reservations number, they'll just tell you to go to their website and complete a form online, or mail a complaint/feedback. It's very very frustrating. Although, in all honesty, none of the other airlines are much better.
