Regarding Passenger Pick Up At Lax

My company is meeting several hundred United passengers at LAX in late April. How can I determine in advance, which terminal will be used for the different flights.

Assuming you will be provided each traveler's itinerary, you should be able to view the flight details on the airline's website, which should specify the terminal and gate information of a particular flight. If you have a travel company who is booking all the travelers, they should be able to provide you with an arrival manifest with all the flight information. If this is an event where everyone is booking their own travel, then it will be more challenging to manage logistically.
