Termination Of Coverage Of Young Adult Dependent.
2 sons were receiving coverage through their fathers employer. Ages 19 and 23. He terminated their coverage without notice. Is UHC responsible for notifying them when they have a different mailing address than the insured?

I suggest you call UHC CS@ 866-873-3902: Say "Representative", say "I don't have it", Say "representative" press 3, press 2 to answer your question.
