How Can I Contact An Owner Through Vrbo.........they Are No Longer Responding To
we are staying in a rented condo in Ixtapa. We have tried to contact the owner a number of times using the same emIl that we used while arranging our holiday. This person was very good at responsesin then signing of our transactions and now we can't seem to reach them! We have a problems and need the owners to contact us. We cannot makes international Calls from our phone
