Frozen Account
My credit card was charged twice for a game my son purchased a while back. My credit card company is investigating this charge but now my son can not log in to his account to play or purchase anything!

As the users down below stated, a suspended Valve account doesn't mean permanently banned. No, not at all. Charged twice? That seems like a big payment processing error to me.. I hope it's not a scam or something, for any inquiries you can contact them at the customer service support provided here:
