Charges For Using Blackberry As A Modem

I was wanting to use my blackberry as a modem for my laptop & I checked to see if it worked, and it did, but then I disconnected because I was worried I might get charged fees for it. I have the basic unlimited sms, mms, internet package for my blackberry tour- is there any way of finding out if I'll be charged extra without talking to a sales rep about my account?
