Credit Report Inquiry

I have a credit report with verizon listed as I owe them $100, trying to get through to a representative over the phone is impossilble without an account number. I never had my name or social security number attached to a verizon utility. The listing on the report has a code number (U 1R2W007) this is all I have to go by other than my SS number. I need to speak to someone and find out how to get this removed from my report.
