How Is It Verizon Has My Cell Number But Im Not In There Data System?

If u call mbin umber goes to Verizon Ibe never had Verizon and my number isn't even in the data system ? How do I get my account number if Its not in there system and how did on star have it in a car which I never owned? Please help me find a way to get my number back I've had for 14 yrs
