Financial Charges

acct#322696101-00001. Your office seems to have a constant problem of mailing invoices on time. I recieved my bill only Yesterday and I see that there is a late charge of $15 added to it. This is an acceptable. Last month I had to call and enquire too. Please explain why this happens. I never have problem in paying my with any vendor except Verizon. Misrak Moesse Demissie
