Leftover Minutes

I am a wireless Prepaid customer and want to know what happens to my minutes left over after one year. Also, I am trying to renew online and it says my I.D. information is not correct. . . I am the only one using it and it will be a year since I have renewed. I need to renew my plan before 1-25-11.. Please contact me ASAP
