My Password ?

Recently I purchased an i phone and an i pad, and established a Verizon wireless account: #0723510734-0001. I was under the impression that my name and that of my wife was registered by the Apple people and that we would be able to access a local network with our new devices. It appears the only network available for"us in Sewickley, PA 15143 is " F31Z4". When I tried to "join" i was asked for a password. If I have a password, I don't know it. On the other hand the devices for my wife and myself may not be properly registered (?). Can you tell me whether I am properly registered, if NOT how do we do so, and how do we acquire adequate passwords? Thank you, Fitzhugh Brown - "[email protected]"

Your apple devices aren't registered right when you buy it, unless you have 3g capabilities and had them set it up for you. By connecting your devices to your computer and itunes you can get the registered and ready to use. As far as you forgetting your password or not even knowing that you set one...you need to call Verizon and have them help with that. (sorry i know how companies like Verizon's customer service is...but they will help you with your password problem.
