Brightside Wont Charge

why wont my phone hold a charge? I didn't damage the phone or anything and it has stopped charging. please help

Hello Emily, there could be a couple of reasons why phone isnt charging .. try these steps :

Reset Phone by Turning Off and Turning back on
Try using alternate charger : if phone charges then previous charger was issue . if phone doesnt then there is a phone issue. Could be issue with the port.

Call verizon or take phone to local verizon store to seek replacement/repair.
