How To Download New Samsung Verizon Phone Pic To My Computer Like Old?

Replaced CP with same variety at Verizon store. They cannot tell me how to download pictures to my computer. Old phone was just connect with cable and see Pic on computer. Connect cable is working as computer tells me no pic to download.
