We Bought 2 New Samsung 3 Phones ($200 Each). Dont Work. They Wont Return. Help.

who do we call. weve been trying to return them since we bought them. verizon is horrible. weve been with them for years. but they won't take them back. the phones drop calls. the gps doesn't work. the service is so choppy we cannot hear anyone. please help. who do we talk to. we need to get out of these contracts. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG ON VERIZON. THEY WORK FINE ON OTHER NETWORKS, I HEAR. BUT NOT ON VERIZON.
