Drivers And Firmware

Trying to download these two things on my phone cuz it says I am able to. But when I do, it comes back saying that its not supported. Please help!

What phone do you need help with? What's the brand/model number?

The simplest solution would be to take your phone into your local wireless carrier to have Verizon representatives assist. Or give their Customer Support a call, so they can walk through troubleshooting with you over the phone.
