I Forgot My Google Account Number.. And Pattern To Unlock..need Help..fast!

ok, so my google account email keeps saying it's wrong.. and i forgot my pattern..i need verizon to unlock my phone or tell me my email..but the stupid voice automatic system won't let me talk to a real person to help!!
