How Do I Unlock My Verizon Wireless Phone When Is Set In Nam2?

On my verizon wireless phone i went to the menu button then phone setting my phone was set in nam1 i changed it to nam2 the phone rebooted and it said initial programming required i press ok then it ask for unlock code i put my four digit code from nam1 and it says incorrect lock code. How do I unlock the phone when its changed to nam2?
