How Can I Higher The Volume For Phone Calls On My Env3?

the speaker phone works fine but once i close the phone to have a conversation the normal way, I can't hear anything.

If you look through the settings and find the sound settings you will be able to make the volume higher. If that doesn't help you should call verizon and tell them that your phone isn't working properly.
