I Have Had Trouble With My Iphone 4s Freezing Up On Me Since I Got It.

I upgrade from the iPhone 4 to the 4s and havE had nothing but problems ever since. The phone keeps freezing up and goes twice as slow as my old phone. Version tried to help and even gave me a remanufactured phone but I am still having all the same problems. Poor service, slow Internet, won't always send a text and I don't always get my calls.
