I Am Trying To Set Up My Email Account On My New Mac Computer. I Need Server?

incoming and outgoing server is not working. i have an email that is verizon.net but it is really a yahoo account. i am trying to set up my email on my mac computer but the incoming.verizon.net is not working. tell me what server info i need to input to get this working. i signed up for the email plus account when using my pc to use ms outlook do i need something else to use my mac?
