I Want To Talk To Someone Now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH A LIVE PERSON ABOUT MY PHONE BEING CHARGED MY FREE CELL EACH MONTH I NEVER SIGHNED UP FOR ANYTHING THREW THEM YET I KEEP BEING CHARGED I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF A LIVE PERSON AND I HAVE TRIED COUNTLESS NUMBERS TO GET AHOLD OF SOME ONE AND I AM GETTING VERY TIRED OF THIS HASSLE AND I WANT TO TALK TO A PERSON AND GET THIS FIXED NOW I CANNOT AFFORD MY PHONE AS IT IS I DO NOT NEED THIS TO KEEP CHANRGING ME.....THE MSG SAYS TO REPLY STOP TO STOP THE CHARGES AND I DO EVERY TIME AND IT STILL DOESNT STOP WHAT IS GOING ON
