you can only deactivate your card by visiting the bank where it is issued from. you do not have an online alternate. when you go to the bank they will question you about who all have access to your card or if you have lost it, where do you remember using it last. after that they will take down your card details and your mailing address and within a week or so you will have your ned credit/ debit card
