Want To Re-enter In Dubai After Just 10-12 Days Of My First Visit

my first visit in dubai was on 7th oct'11 and exit on 18th of oct'11 (total 12 days) th. tourist visa now i again want to visit dubai on 30th oct 0r 1st of nov.'11 so i wanted to know how can i go with all legal procedure . pl. reply soon this is very urgent
