Lost Username/password
my daughte lost her webkinz username and password, how can I access her account with just the "secret code" it comes with?

You go to the webkinz page login and type in your username and go to: forgot password. it will ask you to enter the secret code then have some letters youll need to type in. Then it will give you a new password. After that you can go to change password so you can change it to something youll be likely to remember. Hop this helps :)
