Why Wasn't My Advance And Monthly Virtual Pet Email For January Set To Me.
My question is regarding my online webkinz account. I have paid for an advantage and monthly virtual pet account. I haven't received any information for these monthly pets that I have paid for for January.I had to use my cash to get the virtual pet for January. Please advise.
